PMI Series are designed for installation in the piping. This unit must be installed vertically. In this, the motor is directly attached to macerator chamber to form a single unit. Inside the Macerator, the impeller with replaceable cutting edges, rotates inside the stationary cutting ring, which macerate the particles to smaller size. For this model either the helical pump or progressive cavity pump must be installed to suck the solids through the macerator and pump them into the plant for further treatment.
